How can I order fabric swatches before making a bulk purchase?
We offer swatches for most of our fabrics. Simply click the 'Order Swatch' button on the product page. Swatches are typically 2" x 4" and help you verify the color, weight, and hand-feel of the material.
What is the minimum order requirement for fabric?
Our minimum order for most fabrics is 1 yard. After the first yard, you can order in increments of 1/2 yard or 1/4 yard depending on the specific product category.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Mood Fabrics ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Since fabric is cut to your specific length requirements, we generally do not accept returns. However, if the fabric is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 30 days for a resolution.
Will my fabric arrive in one continuous piece?
Yes, we always strive to cut your order as one continuous piece. If we are unable to do so due to bolt limitations, we will contact you via email before shipping your order.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
While we use professional photography to capture the truest color possible, different monitors and mobile screens can display colors differently. We highly recommend ordering a swatch if an exact color match is required.
