At Mood Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative projects; however, due to the nature of custom-cut goods, we only accept returns on defective or incorrect items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all fabrics are inspected before cutting or washing, as altered materials are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request or contact our customer support team with your order number.

• 2.
  Wait for Approval

  Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days; once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our New York fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method and wait for your refund or credit to be processed.
